If you don’t love your AyurGlo product, please call us at (704) 741-2980 within 3 days of receipt of your purchase and let us know what you didn’t love about our products. We’ll work with you to issue a refund or store credit when we receive the product back from you. Return must be received within 7 days of approval to qualify for a refund or store credit.
If we are unable to process a refund to your method of payment, a store credit will be issued. Refund or store credit will be issued for the amount of the product only, excluding tax, shipping and handling.
The product must have at least ¾ of its contents remaining and custom blends are non-refundable.
For any return or exchange, you are responsible for all shipping & handling costs. If the package does not reach us, we will be unable to complete the refund/exchange.
